Who is responsible for my injury if I was injured on a construction site?

For folks who have been out there and understand how construction works, very very seldom is there just one company on a site. You’ve got your general contractor, subcontractors. And, folks need to remember that the OSHA regulations that apply to that work site, if you have employees on that site, you’re responsible for the safety on that site. So even though you work for ABC Company, if there’s another company there with employees, that other company is responsible for the safety on their site as well. So you may have a situation where there’s more than one company that could be responsible for the safety on that site. And if you get injured because sites not maintaining a safe condition not only could your employer be liable but the other companies on the site. Could be held liable as well. Oh she calls that a multi employer work site. And there’s all these terms like controlling correcting type employers and have duties on those sites.
