There are a lot of factors that go into valuation of a case. The first thing we need to look at is the conduct of the trucking company. That has a lot to do with the value of a case. And, I think most of us know in this life that sometimes we can have a negligent act and sometimes we can have a very wanton reckless, almost intentional act. And I think most of us would expect that if you’ve really intended or been very, very reckless, that in those circumstances there should be I guess more damages paid in that circumstance. The other thing we have to look at is how the injury has impacted your life. So we have to look at the medical or the injuries, we have to look at the impact on wage loss such as past wages that have been lost but also how will impact future wages. So, there are a lot of factors, a lot of different issues that we have to look at in coming to what’s a case worth. And that’s why you need to make sure that when you sit down with a lawyer and we’ll make sure that we do it on our end and that we’ll spend a lot of time with you so that we can look at all those factors and then after we’ve had a chance to evaluate it and do our research, we can have a long conversation with you and give you our best advice based on our years, actually decades of experience on valuing these things to let you know what it might be worth.
